custom contracts and forms where the transaction amount is
greater than $5,000.00. Any transaction over this amount
resulting in a dispute will most likely end up in a Superior
Court action and custom paperwork can make all the difference.
Transactions under $5,000.00 that result in a dispute can often be handled in Small Claims Court. In this situation a form contract setting forth the rights and responsibilities of the parties is usually adequate. |
